Share enough detail to explain the problem, while keeping account, payment, and tally details private.

Tell us what happened

Email support@realitygood.org with the Tally app version and a short description of the problem. Steps that reproduce the issue can help identify it.

Keep sensitive details out

Tally support will never ask you to provide Apple ID information, payment details, or sensitive tally data such as tally names, values, or event history. Do not include those details in a report.

In Tally, open Support and diagnostics to prepare a safe JSON report. Review the file first, then use Apple's system share interface only if you choose to share it.

Tally prepares the report only after you request it.
Tally does not upload the report automatically.
The safe report omits tally names, exact values, and event history.
